starter wire , stator plug, ground wire, spark plug wire, carb, shocks and main bolt through the hanger. leave the wheel and muffler. One complete unit, stand/level it on 2x4's.

Any weird noises from the behind the cooing fan while the engine is turning over? Did you test the plug for spark " not just the screwdriver in the boot test" ?

Was it a nice strong spark ? It would suck to tear it apart and it ends up being something simple. No smoking exhaust ? I would expect to see some smoke if the rings were bad . no noise while trying to start the scoot ? I tried to watch the video but it won't play for me . does the battery seem strong ? Also is the scoot ac or DC " when it comes to the cdi" a DC scoot will do exactly what yours is doing if the battery is really weak. Just trying to cover everything. I'd like to be able to hear the scoot turn over so I can hear if the battery is weak or not.

Just for the heck of it , I'd buy a new plug remove the air filter and jump the scoot from a car . this way you can rule out a weak ignition. Try first with the filter in and then with the filter out. This will also cover any scenario where your scoot is for some reason running either too rich or too lean .

What really bothers me is that it sounds as if your rings are ok " no smoke and compression " , and when u bypass the carb and squirt fuel into the engine there is no ignition . that points more to a plug , or ignition issue.

You do know the plug boot , wire and coil all screw into each other right? That is one of the more common issues . while riding the vibration causes the wire or boot to vibrate loose , and the scoot dies. If you didn't check to make sure they are all screwed together good , I'd def do that also.

get a set of jumper cables and connect to a car battery and jump the scooter , do not run the car
That is a real weak crank.

Agree with tvnacman, are you sure your battery is OK?

That's exactly why I mentioned it!! Your battery is very weak . you can see it doesn't even turn over most of the time.
So everyone was giving advice but was unable to watch the video ? And I was the first to mention the video not working ? Wow
Take my advice and jump the scoot with a car . it does not matter if the car is running , it will not hurt the scoot . Ive done it many times, just don't rev the cars engine just to be safe.
I just can't believe that everyone was giving advice but never was able to watch the video . if someone was able to watch the video , how did they miss the weak battery or possibly starter clutch issue.
