Hello all.
Found a similar post but with no resolution.
I am having an issue with my bike that's driving me crazy. I have a jonway 150, 2400 miles on it. Scooter won't start because there's no spark. Fuel and air are there. Battery is charged and starter is turning engine good. I have power going to the coil, green and black wires but nothing coming out the other end. I thought bad coil/wire/plug and replaced all those with new ones. Still no spark no change at all. Kill switch seems to be working. I don't see a kickstand switch and have tried it up and down. I thought maybe stator or cdi but since I have power to the coil I'm not sure they can be the problem. All the lights work. Left brake is engaged. Everything is working except spark. Its very frustrating as I need it to get to work. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.

More tests
black/red wire from stato is 17.5acv. Blue/white wire .1acv. Wires at coil 25 peak acv. Resistance on coil is 1.6 ohms both new and old coil.
Bad stator?

Those readings are fine.
You have voltage going all the way to the plug coil, but not spark at the plug? Those readings are fine. Stator seems fine.
Has to be the CDI, but that is weird.

The CDI timing pick-up is part of the stator, maybe that the problem

The magneto nub looks a little ground down, maybe too large of a gap. I'm going to replace the stator and cdi.

That blue wire reading .1acv is the wire from the pickup coil, though, and that is a reading that typically means everything is good.
This is very strange.

It has been sitting a while. I got it without a key so I took the ignition apart and am turning the rear part plastic ignition, but all the lights work and motor turns over good with the starter. Both coils I've tried have same resistance reading, all well as anther one I tested. I've tried three different plug wires, 3 spark plugs. Cleaned the ground s on the frame and valve cover. I don't understand what could be causing the issue.

Try a new spark plug. If that doesn't work try a new plug boot, they can fail easily due to vibration or corrosion like from getting wet, but you really should make sure there isn't a way for rain to enter the electrical system and the plug boot should have a nice rubber insulator for the plug. You can also try unscrewing the wire from the boot and coil (it just unscrews, try it) then cut about half an inch from each end then screw both ends back in, if it was loose that should help it. Also do you have a good ground wire on the engine block? The engine mounts aren't good grounding for the engine/spark. Sometimes the ends of ground wires can become corroded from moisture and snap off too.

Plug new, wire is new, coil is new. also tried multiple plugs and wires. Grounds are good.

I'm not sure if you have seen this video yet, but it is a very good guide for troubleshooting an electrical problem. Basically what you will need to do is use a multimeter to trace your power from the battery to the spark plug. Somewhere in that series is going to be the problem. It will take some time, but go step by step.
It's the same process a mechanic will use if they had hands on your scoot.

Could be a broken side stand switch...
Try by-passing it.

I don't see a stide stand switch, there's no wires anywhere near the kickstand

The new coil tests the same as all the other new ones at the shop.
