We had a herd that was actually car-smart. Was crossing a narrow bridge and Bucky's head popped out of the woods. I stopped, as did the oncoming car. Bucky looked at me, looked at other car, did this several times, then stepped out and stood between us. Then about four does came out and crossed, while Bucky kept checking on me and other car. Does got across, Bucky checked us once more then also crossed. Dunno how a deer learns about cars and making sure they're not moving, but Bucky sure learned. >'Kat Evolution. All the dumb deer are being run over and killed. (I used to wonder how long before this would occur.)  |

Now the young Bucks are getting guns and a Hunting license  Seems like the deer are smarter than most Jaywalkers at this point.... Looking both ways is just common sense, ( Did the chicken look before crossing the road? ) Most animals are NOT STUPID Some folks seem to have lost the ability to understand survival..... The silly get eliminated for a reason..... No matter how fit you are, doing dumb things will shorten your lifespan... JMHO. Driving in the wild has risks, Driving in the city is even more dangerous............ Take your time out there, No need to always be in a hurry. |

Wow guys n gals we be watching too many sci-fi movies,,, ghouls and goblins grabbin you off the scoot ridin down the road,,, if it is real,, then maybe it's time to start packin,,,, nothin like the hard hitting 45lc in a double action to get somethings attention,,, albite briefly as they fade into the great unknown from instant lead poisoning ,,,I'll take the hit in court for carrying and when the judge asks why I had the piece on me in the first place I'd point to exhibit A and say that's why,,,, I'm sure I'd hear case dismissed,,,

I wish they chambered tha 1911 in colt 45 instead of 45 acp . yes the bullet itself is the same size , but the extra powder would be nice. The colt 45 casing is close to a 1/4 inch longer.
If im not mistaken , there is a law in NY that makes it illegal to shoot bigfoot . no joke , they actually have a this law.

I thought the Big foot/Yeti/Sasquatch rode Harleys as camouflage... So they would be hard to distinguish from the native human riders.... just sayin.

It seems PA is ranked #2 in states most likely to hit a deer , and WV which is about 20 miles south of me is ranked #1 , lucky me !! Pa 1 in 71 will hit a deer and 1 in 39 in WV.

Deer and drunk drivers, The most likely way to die/crash on the road in America... If you ever come across a drunk deer, Game over. Sadly my state is only #4 in pedestrian/traffic fatalities.... Red light and Stop sign runners need to step up their game to be #1...... I joke around but, last month at least 12 folks were killed on the road for walking or riding a non motor vehicle--- just because someone was in a hurry...... Unless an injury is involved, most drivers will blame the "other" guy....... Sorry for the rant but, at least a deer doesn't know better most of the time, Humans are taught to look both ways......... so why don't we? Calm down folks, Take time to be carefull...... Walking, Riding or Driving..... You may live longer or let someone else live..... JMHO |
