It is leading to the front wheel and has started to leak around the seal (as shown in firs picture), it is only a little but i just want to check its not a brake line, hoping its just dirty water thats gathered.
Im assuming the pipe on the other side of the front wheel is the brake fluid line (picture 2), so i am thinking the first one is maybe to read the speed of the front wheel for the speedo! If so im also assuming this is not a fluid line.
