It is leading to the front wheel and has started to leak around the seal (as shown in firs picture), it is only a little but i just want to check its not a brake line, hoping its just dirty water thats gathered. Im assuming the pipe on the other side of the front wheel is the brake fluid line (picture 2), so i am thinking the first one is maybe to read the speed of the front wheel for the speedo! If so im also assuming this is not a fluid line.

Yup, that's the speedo cable. There's a worm gear assembly in the housing that spins the steel cable all the way up to the speedo. Just a little grease leaking out. No biggy.
The second picture is indeed brakes. If that leaks you need to fix it pronto.

The seal may need to be replaced.

Perfect, just checking it was nothing to do with the brakes. It does feel a little bit like grease, so that's good news.
The other cable (brake) is completely fine with no leaks.
