Lift up the seat and remove the 4 nuts and large screw up front in order to remove the seat bucket . Once removed the CDI is is on the right side in the back . Note my HP CDI did not have a mount hole like the stock did so I used a zip tie to hold it in place . Pulled it tight with pliers

Maybe a dumb question, I'm using injector 2 stroke an I was wondering if it has a freezing point to where it won't flow through the hose to the carb.? My friend said on his Zumma when it got in the 30's an low 40's it wouldn't flow an his engine wasn't oiling. So he uses premix now,he said that he don't trust oil injection any more.

If you are using Lucas semi I used it 2yrs straight injected in all weather. It not that it freezes it will not mix with fuel or stay mixed when it drops below certain temp.

Since the day I got my new scoot I've been using BelRay Semi Syn. Scooter Blend.I've had good luck in the past. I hope it's it's good? I bought 2 quarts of it.

The CDI I don't think it looks like your common regular CDI that you find on other scoots, look for a BLACK SQUARE BOX with about 5 wires coming out of one end. Alleyoop

Interesting I drained water out of the bowl since I have a Uni and a storm blew off the cover . At first it was blue then it went clear , so I see what you mean by it separates . I only bought Lucas since I did not want a generic oil and had to get from an auto parts store as it was too far to risk to go to CycleGear or my scooter dealers shop to get oil . I first started with Maxxima synthetic blend then went to Motul 710 with ester which ran better but cost 17 a quart . Quart lasts me around 600 miles
We got the CDI figured out via cellphone as a 2T loos diff and not in the same location as a GY6
