Yes it is . especially with the small wheels . I guess if you really mod the gearing you can get that thing moving. Also the bigger carb seems to be a big part in the success not hitting 60 mph. Back a few years ago , not many would put a 24mm carb on a 50cc with a 52mm kit. Which makes sense why 60mph seemed to be a fantasy . we've come a long way in learning what works and what does not .
Hey mil ! , what size tires r u running. If you are running 10 inch wheels " which I suspect " I think you should go as tall of a 10inch tire as you can . this will push you over that 60mph goal ?

I'm running normal 10 inch wheels I hit 57 gps this morning on the expressway going to work. I'll video this weekend I'll start further back on the expressway it's a 50mph zone and I'm pretty sure I can get 60. I'll Velcro my phone to the dash using my gps speed app I hit 57 In a little over a quarter mile I'm sure with a longer run I'll achieve my goal.

I need to find a way to hook my phone to the scoot so the camera is not shaky. Hey mil ! , r u using a phone for the video ? If so they have an app that shows a speedo in the video . its perfect for these things . not sure if you saw my first video with it ?

Okay I got my build finished!!!!!!!! 52mm Hoca and stoker crank. I had to open the case a bit with 80 grit sandpaper, the jug was just to tight. Not much and bang it went in fine as silk. The case haves were not machined perfectly One issue is I can't find my jet box. Right now 20mm with a main. It runs sweet but I know there is more there. I had a 150carb laying around and gave it a short since the hoca 52mm will accept a 150 manifold. All it did was puke on itself. So tomorrow I will run with the 20mm/ jet unless I can find my jet box.

I run the 24mm carb with the stock 150cc manifold, I took out the spacer. I didn't even open the carb just slapped it on it runs great.
