Yup, that is why I am leaning towards a cracked head or head gasket. Going by the amount of leakage I am thinking the pressure side of the oil system. I can not think that simple flow back to the case would leak this fast. I am assuming that the oil system supplies pressure through a head bold cavity? Have not found a schematic showing the oil pressure routes to the head so just guessing until I can look into this farther. On the 150 GY6 the oil goes up through one of the head bolts.

Well I was looking at the problem better yesterday and figured I would just put some gasket sealer into the void I could see to see if it would stop or slow the leak. As I applied some gasket sealer into the void I could see it light up. I just so happened to have had the valve cover off and the sun was shining just right through the head to light up the sealer from the back side. Well mystery solved! A piece of the head broke off between the exhaust port and the chain passage. So now to see how the warranty will work. Looks like this is a odd engine, or at least a hard to find head so hope they come through.

Engine code is 1610MK-A. Yeah, I know, it is a odd one. Scooter was sold as a 200cc and displacement is 168.9cc.

I think he meant 161 Qmk A . I think the "A" is for the case but not sure . if its not the "B" case then any 61mm head should work .

One of 2 heads should fit . if the case is a B case then order the 61mm B case head with the egr-pcv port. If it is a regular case "A" then order the 61mm head with the egr-pcv port. For that case . there are many available. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong .
