Hey gang... I see the two threads "What have you done to your scoot today" and "What mods/projects are next for you and your scoot"...
It would take forever to type and take pictures of all my projects going on....
So, I invite you all out into my shop and see what I have going on.... Each project will get filmed and hosted on youtube...
Anyhow, check out my projects and let me know what you guys would like to see first

Are all those scoots yours, or your customer's? I'm planning on opening a scooter shop here with my brother, there are several motorcycle shops, but I have found most are not very knowledgeable when it comes to scooters. The "scooter rush" is exploding here, it is the perfect mean of transportation for this country, everything is close, traffic is terrible and gas is expensive.

I'm planning on opening a scooter shop here with my brother, there are several motorcycle shops, but I have found most are not very knowledgeable when it comes to scooters. The "scooter rush" is exploding here, it is the perfect mean of transportation for this country, everything is close, traffic is terrible and gas is expensive. All the scooters are mine.... During the winter, Killer Motorsports was having an awesome sale on NewEgg's market place. My buddy owns a boat rental shop and was going to let me rent scooters out of his location... But when I looked into how much insurance and every hoop uncle Sam wants me to jump through, I would've lost money... So now I'm just going to sell the ones I planned on renting out. IMO, while there is money to be made selling these scooters, you have to have a LOT to buy in bulk to get a good enough deal to be profitable. If you're just starting, I suggest you start with "service" if you're handy with a wrench....You will be surprised how many people pay for mundane things like an oil or belt change. However, if you have big money to make a bulk purchase then I say go for it.... |

I wish I were your neighbor. LOL.... Yeah, my neighbors like being my neighbors... I had so many people begging to borrow a scooter last year I thought about opening a scooter rental for this summer... Went as far purchasing some (4 in total), but after researching what all I would need to make uncle Sam happy, I decided against the idea... There just wasn't enough room to make profit... The real kick in the crotch was that I have a buddy with an established boat rental that was going to let me rent out of his location and even have his secretary take my calls for only $100 a month.. Still wasn't enough room for profit. Uncle Sam has deep pockets, much deeper than mine. |

Man dewd you are into the scooter thing for sure..is it your only hobby?  No, It's not even my MAIN hobby..... My main Hobby is Gaming on the PC... Mass Effect, Half Life, Call of Duty, Crysis, ... Really, any FPS with a good story campaign. I like multiplayer some, but I more like playing the stories. Then Scooters as my second favorite........ My other Hobby and third favorite is Building models... I'm a big kid and never grew up....  I love my toys..... |

Yeah, I like Wolfenstein. That was a series I didn't play much of for some reason... I enjoyed it, just never playe dit much for some reason... Samething with Far Cry... I have all 4 Far Cry's but only played part 2 ...  |
