It may be bulletproof, but no stock 50cc 4 t is a rocket ship.
welcome. Take you time if you are scoot looking. You will learn that an aw full lot of guys with 250s are trying to find ways to make them run faster. So a scoot with 1/5 the engine displacement but low compression and air cooled putting out even less power, is a pretty feeble toy if you get anywhere near real traffic.

Not new to scooters, being that I work on them in my spare time, just good to know if anyone knows about a new name of scoot that's out there ;D

Yeah, you won't break the sound barrier. If you want something to scoot around town on and cruz at 30- 35 a 50 cc mght work for you. If you want to go fast either a bigger scooter or a 2 stroke scooter.
If you like to tinker yu can have fun with a little 4stroke trying to tune it for your riding needs.
What kind of riding are you going to do.

hey man, try saferwholesale.com they got great scoots. it's where I bought mine. china scoots but they're almost unbeatable on prices. styles, maui dreamer's, classic vespa or metro's/itiliano's, bahama's, stand-ups, maxi scoots, trikes, side-cars, trailers (for cars and scoots), and much more.
I'm not a sales rep. just a costumer.
I've also bought a tank-less water heater from them, it works great as well.
motofino's seen them before, but don't know the quality.

No two strokes left,an I sure don't want another tao tao being I already have my VIP 63cc that runs like a scalded dog! I get GPS verified speeds of 47 to 51 MPH on it. Of course no one believes that, only the people here in my town and the Cops. I'll probably buy another 4stroke,but I'm going to put a 70cc BBK on it. I've got a dealer that sells them an they are made in Taiwan  . P.S. In case you all don't know me I'm from the old forum an was on there for about 2 years  |
