I'm not sure about the rest of you but I haven't seen any 50cc gy6 scooters in the sport bike style until I came across this one. 50cc Sport Bike I have seen the Roma and the Hornet in the 150cc version but this ups the game a little in the 50cc category. What are your thoughts and have any of you seen one of these?

All they are , are just scooters with different cosmetics. The frame may be a little different but I'm guessing not much , I'm also guessing the quality will be the same as a scoots quality and performance.

Well I figured as much but I hadn't seen one with that body style with a 50cc. I like the 13 inch wheels it's sporting also. I like the bracket they have for the shock setup. First time I've seen that setup for a shock on any scooter.

I love my scoot ,some might say they would never be caught riding a scooter . some think they are not " manly " I of course disagree , but when it comes to the scooters that resemble a " crouch rocket " I think I would feel kind of embarrassed riding one . the first time I saw one , I thought wow those are pretty cool . then the more I thought about it , I still thought they were neat , but kind of cheesy . just my opinion .

What they don't understand is that I save a bunch of money not using my truck. It is also a very fun hobby. Besides, I'm married and have a kid. I have no need to empress with "manly" vehicles.

Most of the people who make fun of scooters have never ridden one. Get them on one, and they usually want one themselves, even hard core bikers find them fun and end up wanting a ruckus type to tool around on.
For the price of that Ninja 50cc, you can get the Hornet 150cc, so I personally find it way too overpriced (at least at that vendor).

It looks nice but it's heavy and under powered plus has a low rider weight limit. You could likely outrun it with a regular 49cc scooter. This would be a good bike for someone who wants to look cool but isn't ready for, or doesn't want, a high powered machine.

Oh you would have to upgrades it with at least a 50mm piston, cam, carb, gears and a louder pipe. A stock motor on that just wouldn't do.
