No those Plates come from the manufacture, required by the EPA without them they are not allowed into the country. All the scooters come with use octane, but that is there Octane rating which is equivalent to our 87 octane here. Do you guys know that 99% of the gas stations over in china are octane and they only have a few high octane stations only because most of the big cars the rich folks drive require the high octane. They usually buy the big American cars which come with high compression motors and lots of horsepower.

Well, my scooter has a sticker on the inside of the seat bucket that says use octane or higher. I've seen the same sticker on all my friend's scoots. I'm guessing those stickers are put there by the dealers though? Pretty much all of them do lain . this is just alley being alley

Which do u have that say use 87 ? You need to learn how to read, DM is stating his SCOOTERS say to use PREMIUM FUEL hundred thousands of scoots, 50s, 150s or 250s+ I have never seen or heard of one that say to USE PREMIUM FUEL. So inquiring mines would like to know maybe there is something I DO NOT KNOW and will learn something new..LOL What I have does not say to use premium fuel. The only thing that I have that requires Premium Fuel is my 1998 Eldorado, I just traded in my 2001 STS which also took Premium and got the SRX SUV which take regular I'm going give you the respect of a reply, but I don't want to get drug into a debate over this. Click this Link ... That will take you to my Bintelli Havoc User Manual. Download the manual, pg 12. I'm not asking you to jump through hoops, it will take under 60 seconds. Like LAIN, also, everyone of the 8 scooters I presently have in my shop have a sticker from the factory instructing users to USE Grade (or higher on others).... It's very cold in my shop right now, but I can if you really insist provided pictures from all 8 of the scooters. Or I can link to all the user manuals... I've read many user manuals, they all call for premium. It's the combustion process of the Higher Octane fuel that in effect causes the lower engine temps. The Nature of higher octane creates a RICHER condition and that effect brings the temps Down. These scooters are calibrated from the Factory to run on higher octane. Lowering the octane makes the fuel burn more lean causing the engine to burn hotter.... This is not some academic argument where opinions count. These are facts based in science and physics.

I believe those tags are wrong due to the all too common mis-translation from Chinese to English. In China, and most of the rest of the world, octane is measured in RON, which is generally speaking 4-5 more than the US's AKI standards. So RON = 86 AKI, meaning regular cheap US gasoline is what is actually recommended on those tags.

" not referring to u " . many others believe the opposite.
