2008 roketa fiji 150cc. 3800 miles, red and black. Needs cosmetic repairs and clutch is slipping. Needs new right mirror as someone broke it off over night.

I'm pretty sure that problem is related to the clutch slipping. As upon accelerating it will rev, and then catch, rev and then catch. After a lilttle bit of accelerating it acts normal.
