lol, I honestly thought I was asking too much.
It is here in Canal Winchester, ohio. I could knock the price down a little for anyone willing to travel...

I'm pretty sure that problem is related to the clutch slipping. As upon accelerating it will rev, and then catch, rev and then catch. After a lilttle bit of accelerating it acts normal.

Ok, I'll do that while i wait for the impact wrench. You are probably correct in thinking the the rollers are getting flat.
I'll check all of those.

I've ordered one, still not here yet though. But, looking back at my last post, does this even sound like a variator issue?

Ok, so i started it up and let it idle for awhile. A few minutes of idleing and the rpms started going up again. then it calmed down. Few seconds pass and rpms going up, lights start fading, engine chokes and dies.
At this point i remove the cdi and then put it back in. Haven't been able to reproduce it yet. Probably going to have to take it out for a ride.

Ok, I'll check that next then. What tools are needed to remove it?

No, The motor doesnt really sound like its going that fast. I'm not able to get up to speed either. Everytime the issue pops up the bike severely brakes/slows down. Almost as if I let go of the throttle completely. It'll keep trying, but also keep slowing down.(like accelerate, slow down, accelerate, slow down, accelerate, slow down, until i stops doing it around 15mph.)
When it backfires/burps/chokes the rpms still stay in the 10,000s.
Rockynv: I opened up the CVT cover and see no issues. Belt is fine, and very very little black dust. Miles on the bike 3200.
I got the bike when it was at 1600 miles. Between there and now I have not had to change anything.(except oil of course)

My bike is a Roketa Fiji 150cc. So I was riding the other day on my way home from work. I'm going WOT 50mph and I notice the RPMs are waving between 9000-10,000. (normal at WOT for my bike is a little under 8000) I figure whatever, the gauge must be broken, I'll check it later.
So I'm getting to about the half way point and suddenly the bike is strongly hesitating, almost feels like its starving for air or fuel, backfires and all. So as this is happening, I look down to my RPMs and its waving in the 10,000-11,000 mark. The engine does not seem to sound like its running that fast either. This continues for awhile until I'm basicly unable to go over 10MPH without the rpms skyrocketing.
So I'm headed home, so as I basicly can, but suddenly the rpms jump down to normal range and I can speed up to 25mph. Go higher and it starts all over again, this time the rpms max out until I let off the throttle. Again, rpms go normal and I can speed up again. And it keeps jumping back and forth like this until I get home.
The issue is fully reproducable. Its fine to start but once I get into higher speeds it'll repeat.
Does anybody have any idea what could possibly be causing this?!
