When my car is sold & I have some cash, I'm going to make a big grocery run & then pull my scooter apart & try to figure out which parts I need to order. One thing I know that I'll need, in the not too distant future, is tires.
Where's the best place to shop for 10" & 12" tires?

I've been researching this today. My front calls for 110/110-12 & my rear is 120/ -10 I can't find any 110/110 tires? That's what the manual for the CF Moto Fashion says but I checked my tire & it is a 110/ Most of those I've found seem to be rated J, which is for a max speed of 62. That is the max speed for this scooter, even when new, so shouldn't be a problem but I just found a tire rated P (94mph) for $37, shipped. Is that a wise choice?

if i'm not mistaken Shinko tires are very hard rubber. good for the life of the tread but not so good at gripping the road. someone can correct me if i'm wrong, i've only read that statement somewhere, no first hand experience with that brand. most here will tell you to get pirelli's. they are a much softer rubber so they wear faster but grip the road like glue. last time i bought tires i got mine from here: www.motorcycle-superstore.com/10979483/d/scooter-tires

Ya, I was looking at those Pirellis. They offer a 110/100 too. Those Shinkos are tempting though. I found one with a different tread pattern, still rated P, for only $32 I found some other info though, saying that you should never mix tires that have different speed ratings. I can't find any 120/ -10 tires rated P.

I found a few bad reviews on youtube. The comments were very polarized, either loving or hating them. The Amazon reviews were mostly pretty good, especially from the "verified purchase" commenters. I found an old review here that was very thorough.

Why do some makers use things like 3.5 instead of 110/ or whatever? Is it a Euro thing? Thanks but I think I'm supposed to use tubeless tires?

OE size on a Helix clone is actually a 110/100-12 front, 120/ -10 rear. Bridgestone makes both sizes...IIRC, they were used by Honda on the Helix.

OE size on a Helix clone is actually a 110/100-12 front, 120/ -10 rear. That's what it says in the Helix CN250 manual but the CFMoto 250 Fashion manual says this: It may be a misprint because I can't find any 110/110-12 tires. I've decided to buy this. Okay, I just checked motorcycle superstore for more parts and they are confusing me:
