pull your carb off !!!!!! dribble some fuel in while cranking . See if it will stumble or start .
Don't you want to see the engine fire ?

Ok, I drained the excess oil, but of course it still won't start. I have the stock pilot jet, 75 main jet, and the air/fuel mixture screw all the way clockwise until it stops, with the throttle plate closed my spark plug is wet after a few seconds of cranking... Any thoughts on why? The Spark Plug is NOT FIRING. So take the spark plug out stick it in the boot cap and hold it on the valve cover and crank it and see if the Spark Plug is firing or firing but yellow spark. But if you cranked it and the plug is wet and it did not fire then NO SPARK. May get a VIDEO going on trying to start it so we can hear the motor.

Lol, yes, yes I do. I have done this with fuel and starting fluid. It will fire on a few strokes every now and then. I've hooked up my timing light and it only fires when the timing light flickers which is only a few times during a cranking session of about 10 seconds.

So my spark is weak like you say alley oop. Any ideas how to fix it. It is weak whether I check it on the motor or the frame

Try a new Coil, The coil is the one that builds up the voltage to feed the plug. Alleyoop

Mr. Oop:
A quick question, also following BBK install.
Before the BBK my scooter would start at the flick of the start button - never more than a split second before it fired.
Now it seems very reluctant .. will not start at all if I turn the throttle at all .... and if I leave the throttle alone it eventually catches but after several cranks, at first at a very slow rpm, then doing OK. Once started it idles very well and is running well.
What kind of things should i be looking at?

Looks like both my coils I have are bad with a reading of 0.3 ohms on the primary side. So I'll order a new one. I think it's strange that both coils are bad after I installed the bbk, but that's what it's showing. Again thanks for the link to the video

Sounds like a fuel to air mixture, the motors are very finicky when starting cold and the mixture of fuel to air has to be pretty right on for them to start on the 1st or 2nd hit of the start button. If you have to crank it and crank it then something is not adjusted right and its usually the fuel mixture. From the way you say it happens if you try to open the throttle a little it will not start and if you leave the throttle closed it starts but has a little hard time, I would try richen the fuel ratio 1/4-1/2 turn. So next time before you even attempt to start it turn the fuel ratio mixture screw 1/4 counter clockwise and then try it. If it starts with 1 or 2 short hits your golden. If not try another 1/4 turn. If I turn it clockwise (screwing it IN) doesn't that lean out the idle speed mixture? I though needle out = richer; needle in = leaner.
