I want and need to be respectful of all the time (and knowledge) you have already offered to me, and not waste your time frivolously. I can wait till the mods are done - maybe by next weekend (except I may not yet have the new exhaust header - but that's just related to the carb tuning I think.
No problem , I don't mind helping out that's what we are here for . The good thing is that there are a few really good videos you can watch while your installing the bbk and head . They go through the process step by step , they're very helpful . When it comes to the manifold and the chain tensioner I bought a tube of rvt high temp gasket maker just for a better seal " I used it along with the regular gasket ". Some like to use an extra sealant or gasket maker on the cylinder and head gaskets " I didn't use any " but I'd ask around to see what would be the best to use " if you decide u want to use some " .
