I am currently looking at upgrading my QMB139 Scooter, I believe it's a JSD50QT-13 Scooter.
I'd like to be able to pull around 50-60MPH. I currently have a few Parts lined up for an upgrade could you tell me if what I have planned will get me to the speeds I want?
Performance Exhaust Carburetor (CVK,19mm) Cylinder Head(81cc) Cylinder Kit(50mm) Air Filter CamShaft Decompression Tube
I plan on getting these parts from scooterworks.com
Also, I do need some new body panels and have decided that I'm just going to replace all Plastic on the scooter with new, same color pieces. Can anyone recommend a good seller for the Body Panels?

You can probably get it into the 40s but don't expect 50. Millsc might chime in he has about the fastest 50cc, but it is built up to the tee and even his cannot reach 60mph, his can run in the 50s and had to put in taller tranny gears to get more speed. Alleyoop

You will have to max the 50cc big valve head gear upgrade and all to reach 50, might as well get a 150 would be cheaper.

Ill chime in Alleyoop, 50 to 60 is possible for a 139, but the setup you list above won't do it. and if you do achieve with a different setup you will chew up variators, and belts fairly quickly, none of the variators made for the 139 are designed to handle that much power for long... I don't know Millsc max on a 139 but when Fawkes was a stroker I made 60.. And unless you like working on your bike a lot, have lots of money to throw away.. I think a 150 is a better and cheaper choice..
Here was my setup Hoca 44 Stroker Crank, 52mm NCY bbk, 50mm bb head NCY, 20mm carb, 100 mj, custom modified airbox, NCY high Performance cam, 17/49 gearing, Free Flow exhaust, Hoca Tranny kit ( did not use any of the tranny kit except the clutch and shoes ), Gates premium drive belts, Pirelli tires.

The carb i'm looking at is 19mm. The cam is a NCY Performance Camshaft. And like I said, the Cylinder Kit is 50mm..
I know all this I've listed is Engine... I'm not really sure what i'd need for the Transmission, If anyone is willing to let me know, I will take some tips from Larry's post aswell..
Thanks.
