I did not see a CVT HOSE? Is that hose coming from the tranny into the CVT? if so that is the TRANNY VENT HOSE as your riding it builds up pressure due to the heat and oil splashing around in there to lube the gears.
The Fuel Filter does not matter just as long as it vents and it vents from either side. Alleyoop

That hose is the TRANNY VENT HOSE leave it on the tranny just zip tie it high someplace out of the way it just has to vent. You can put a fuel filter on that one to just like what you did for the Gas tank vent hose. Also you should have a hose coming from the top of the valve cover which is your Valve cover vent to relieve pressure from the crankcase, that as well you can put a fuel filter and zip tie it high in case it blows out oil it will not get blown on your motor and if high it will drain back down. You leave it OPEN it has to VENT it is a VENT HOSE for the tranny it has to breath. The only reason I say to put a fuel filter is so no dirt and stuff gets into the tranny. Alleyoop

Your welcome(Not to many people say thanks around here but be it as it may). It will be much cleaner under there with just 2 things needing Vacuum and the 2 things will get plenty of suction to do their thing. Alleyoop

KUDOS WALTER, great job and you did everything correct. You also noticed that the Vacuum line from the Petcock is to long and you will shorten it as well FANTASTIC JOB BRO. Now you do not have all the hoses running all over the place that can cause you grieve with valves not working and or air leaks with all those connections that where on there.
I also noticed you have a the Valve cover Vent hose going to the AIR BOX to a little what I think is a little separate filter because in the video I saw a hose full of oil which means the crankcase is squirting oil out and you have to keep on emptying it. That hose from the Valve cover vent is the same as the others it has to VENT so you could also take that off the air box put a fuel filter on the end zip tie it HIGHER than the valve cover and plug up where it connected to on the air box. Excuse me for replying here, but I just wanted to put in my 2 cents worth on photo hosting. I know that photos create some stress for you, but one problem for users is that after a few months the photos get deleted from wherever they're being hosted, and then the article is useless. From the reader's point of view, the website becomes empty. So it's much better when the forum is hosting the photos, too. In the scooter world, even old photos and old threads are still useful.

That is true, but if you use a host that you have an account like PHOTOBUCKET that keep your stuff they are not lost. Some get lost because they mess around on photobucket or wherever and delete their stuff or move them to another album they created and now wherever they posted they are also gone. Alleyoop

Sounds like you never plugged the PAIR hose up to me? Thats the huge hose coming from the chrome pipe by the valve cover..you need to plug that baby up I hear the exhaust coming through the tube..I just capped the back of my canister and that exhaust leak sound went away, unless you like dual exhaust:) Also sounds like its running a little rough there at idle,,might want to check your spark plug gap,,should be a smooth steady idle,,ba,ba,ba,ba,ba,ba,ba,ba... You can even plug it at the head,,just cut a small piece of tin and drill two small holes in it for the bolts,,I just plugged the end of the hose and it works fine,,when this motor finally blows up I will change it around and plug it the right way

Been there, done that. its actually better when you have a host site cause when you use the forums for your pics they always come out small and the host site come out regular size, i use photobucket, once u get the hang of it, its real easy. just copy and paste the pic code and just change the settings on photobucket to 600x745 so it wont come out too big on the forums, thats it
