Im looking for the kickstarter parts lol, so my local dealer does not have the clucth starter. So im going to order online, he asked me why i want to get a new he said it seems fine! So i told him how its not turning the crankshaft when i start it, he siad oh ok lol

found my kick start parts, i can kick it down but it wont spring back up. i checked the gears they are not chewed up or striped and i did lube them up a little, now i know why i removed the kick-starter. This scoot is being a pain in the neck!!

Take a picture of the CVT with the kickstarter parts in place. You must not have put the spring on correct, it has to have tension so it springs back.

Also when i tighten all the screws on the cvt case the kick start wont move

When its not on the scooter i can push it down and will spring back with no problem, but when its on the scooter it a totaly diffeent story.

Well is the starter spinning and is it turning the motor over without that metal to metal chain sound. It maybe the battery has a bad cell and when you go to start it the volts drop. Can you get a Video with sound going?

Will record a video tommorow, started working on it late. I will try with another battery or using with a jump. There was not enough power crank over fast enough, turned over slowly then clicking sound from the starter solenoid.
