I tried using my Dr. Pulley Variator again with 14g rollers, with my BBK upgrades, and I still didnt like the results. Maybe it would work fine for someone else, dont get me wrong, It is supposed to be the best from what I have read, But I will be selling it. I gave $110.55 for it, so If anybody wants it, make me an offer, and I will ship it to you. My number is: 336.250.9110 I can only accept certified moneyorders now, as I do not have paypal at this moment. Thanks all!

The Dr. Pulley Variator does not give you the best top end, that variator gives you more low end power keeping the weights in the lower gearing range. I had a Prodigy Variator which I paid $100.00 and it is the OPPOSITE of the Dr. Pulley it gives you really good top end but sacrifices your low end because it moves the weights up to soon. So I tried a 115mm KOSO variator that TVNACMAN sells and they are compared to other performance variators they sell. I really like it, has good low end and good top end on it, I even order another from TVNACMAN to have as a spare. That is what I am running now and have for over a year running with 12g Dr. pulley Sliders. Alleyoop

I also recommend the Koso variator, though I use the 50cc version. It is the single best upgrade I did to my scooter, keeping the RPMs in the power-band almost all the time.

Doublert how does it compare to the stock variator ? Try sliders instead of rollers before you sell it . I heard good things about Koso as I am looking to get one for my 2T and test it out .

I have a Kos look a like, I think its called "Growsun" which works better than the Dr. Alley said the Dr. is good with low speeds/powerband, so im just sticking with my Koso knock off, the quality of it is good too. I'll be getting my license back soon, so not really worried about it I dont guess....
