It doesn't it's the same carb that's on the scootdawgs website. scootdawg.proboards.com/thread/21630/linhai-assembly-service-tips-modsMy linhai has an electric fuel pump. The reason why I bought that particular carb was because for the plugs on the bottom of the carb. My scoot bogs down like it's starving of fuel. When i baught the linhai i put seafoam in it. I may have put to much in it. I pulled the carb out adjusted the float (I think) cleaned it (I think) put it back in and it was worse than before.

The plugs your talking about what is it connected to? Where does it bog down starting off or at high rpms or mid-range. I cannot see that thread on the old SD I forgot my logon id and password. So if you can go and copy that picture and paste it on here that would help. Alleyoop

The eBay link I posted has the plug on there. I don't know why it's there. I read somewhere where they said that it was to heat the gas in the carb bowl. My Linhai bogs midrange and high rpm. I don't know how to post pics here.

If it bogs at midrange and high rpm it could be because you set the float wrong, it's starwing for fuel...

My new carb should be in the mail today. It's my old one that I have adjusted. I'll try and see if I have adjusted it right. I didn't know how many mm I need for the height I just tried to eyeball it plus I blew in the hole . I'll try to re adjust it to see if it will work.
