If I remember correctly, I received my scoot via R&L transport from Superior Power Sports. I don't think things could have turned out much better. He not only unloaded it, joking "Is this the scooter AND trailer?" (60" WB) but put it on dollies and wheeled it to my front door. After opening the box there was no damage and the machine looked gorgeous. BTW, they also ship using Roadrunner Transport too.

RoadRunner delivery here. The driver had a 50' trailer and couldn't negotiate the roads in my neighborhood so we made arrangement to meet in a parking lot. He said he couldn't take the scooter back once I opened the crate. (How else am I supposed to inspect it for damage before accepting, especially when the crate is already damaged?) I opened it anyway, then we pushed the bike while still mounted to the crate directly from his lift into the bed of my pickup. Uncrated while in the truck and rolled it off. Welds on the crate had broken, but bike was mostly undamaged. After having accepted the shipment, I found a cracked panel underneath, but it's hidden and not a problem.

Don't you want to pdi and get to know your scoot before taking off for a rider course?

Don't you want to pdi and get to know your scoot before taking off for a rider course? i'm not going to have money to put plates on it until end of the month so i'll have plenty of time for pdi. plus i assume i'll be waiting on MCO. i only see one mon-tues class on the schedule (next week) and if my work schedule stays the same then those days will work out best for me. i'm using their bikes.

Congrats on the new purchase. Crystal Trucking delivered my tbx 260 for Bobcat Motorsports. They gave me a timeframe of 9-3 and I was the 3:00 delivery. Lol I'm so happy that chose to buy from Bobcat's Motorsports. At first, I was a little hesitant about purchasing from an online dealer, but the transaction went exactly as outlined on their website. The scooter arrived in excellent condition on the date promised. The paperwork arrived shortly after. I got that a week later just request it immediately after the bike is delivered. Thanks to Bobcats knowing that my state required it to be notarized, I was spared a lot of grief when I went to register it. The auto tag center commented on how well the paperwork was completed. The PDI was fast and easy. (We checked out a few PDI videos before it arrived so that we would know what to expect.) I would suggest that you get someone to help you get it off of the truck. Even though I asked for liftgate service, there was only one guy in the truck and he can't do it by himself. One of my friends who is also a truck driver was here to help and he had to tell the guy what to do to get it on the dolly to unload it... And they don't use the motorized dolly, so pray for a sunny day, because he leaves it at the curb not even in your driveway.
Have your cell camera ready to take pictures of the box and bike after you remove the carton. You will need that if there are any damages that you need to report. Luckily everything was perfect when we opened it.
You will need tools to unbolt the scooter from the frame. So you will need some pliers, 10, 12, 14 mm wrenches, regular size Phillips and flat head screwdriver. Enjoy!!!

Always just one guy delivered my scoots and he lowered it off the truck I checked it out they leave. Me and my stepson pick up the bike crate and all and carry it to the garage. My 150 was too heavy the guy lowered it on the edge of my yard by the road I put it together right there. My 150 came from scooterdepot It took eight days to arrive I had the paperwork a day before the bike came. I've ordered from green earth scooters twice both had minor body damage they refused to fix. And three times from provenpowersports they are the best. Replaced broke stuff without question got the scoots in three days max.

Anytime I order online, I do a screen-capture of the ordering page, the cart, and the final checkout invoice, and I keep them until I receive the product I ordered, sometimes longer if I'm worried about the product possibly failing. I also use a phone recording app on my android phone, and when I call customer service I inform them that this phone call is being recorded to prevent any future misunderstandings. CYA, best bit of advice my old man ever gave me!
