Got my 30mm carb and the motor apart, the kick start gear on the crank came right off used a pickle fork and a hammer came off first whack. I'll post picks of the build as I progress if I can figure out how to post pics lol.

Well to post you need a HOST, you can use Photobucket it is free just load them up there then click on share and the links come up and click on the IMG one, it copies it and then come here and paste. Alleyoop

Millsc, did you happen to notice if the jug had a thinner wall than the one that was in there. Reason is not all 61s will fit a none bored out stock case. And the only way I see them fitting is if they shaved the jug and took off about 1mm off the outside. Alleyoop

Its 62.7mm the ncy 61mm is 62.5 they both fit easily, the kits both look pretty much the same except the ncy has a shorter piston.
