It doesn't look like it to me :/ I can't tell.. I have uploaded a video.
On the inside of the crank case, it looks like its all on the side with the clutch.. I have no clue what it could be.. :/

Easiest way to find out is Put the Variator and belt back on and leave the Cover off and start the motor then you will find out where it is leaking from. But if it is leaking by the Crank Seal your oil level will go down. If it is leaking Tranny oil it will only come out by the Clutch area. Alleyoop

Will do! I was too afraid of tightening it too much because last time I broke the bolts. I will let you know later I will not have time today to check. Thank you Along with everything else, you may wish to replace (if you have not done so already) the exhaust bolts with better quality than what is found on most Chinese scoots. If nothing more than for peace of mind.

Okay will try to take it off while it's running. The battery is dead from sitting so the electric start won't work.
The video should be working now, if it is any help.

Well I see the oil back there and it is black which normally the tranny oil will not turn black. But that could be from the black stuff coming off the belt. So to not do extra work and have to buy a gear puller I would put the Variator Back on and belt and start it and let it idle. You will then know if it is leaking by the Crank seal and the oil is running back to the Clutch area the lowest point. Or it is leaking tranny oil. Alleyoop

There are the results. I completely wiped all the oil from that area and that yellowish oil started coming out of the seal.

Great!! Now you know it is the Crank Oil Seal that is leaking. Now I noticed that the SEAL is sticking out quite a bit, before you go and buy a gear puller get a screwdriver and push the seal back in. The crank gets thicker further in and the seal is on the thinning part of the crank. So pushing it back in might seal it. Then start it up again and see if it still leaks if it does then you will have to tear it apart and put in a new seal. Alleyoop

For the horn question in your earlier posts, it is most likely the horn itself, I believe they die fairly commonly. The horn is usually in the front behind the headlights somewhere. Pull the wire off the horn and put a multimeter between that wire and ground (battery negative). Turn the switch on and press the horn switch. If you have voltage then it is the horn itself or your horn isn't getting a good ground. If you don't have voltage then it is somewhere upstream like a switch etc. If it looks like the horn itself is bad you can do one last check by running a jumper wire from the battery to the input of the horn to see if it goes off like that.
If it is bad you can just go to a parts store and buy a replacement horn and put it in. A replacement horn might be just a touch bigger but you should be able to bend the bracket it is on to make it fit.

You do not know if it was put in deep enough in the first place. If you don't want to try it by all means don't, you have nothing to loose right? It will either seal or not seal. Alleyoop

Alleyoop I can't get a screw driver or anything in there because of that gear, even when I remove the clutch assembly. there isn't enough room. I'll have to take the gear off :/ What tool is that to remove the gear? thank you

Come on man, the gear does not go against the casing or the seal I can see at least a 1/4 of an inch between the gear and the casing. Use a putty knife a damn kitchen knife a pocket knife, what else can I say if you can't figure it out then by all means go and buy the gear puller and a new seal. Alleyoop

I can't seem to get a good grip infront of the seal! there's no gap between the seal and the gear.
I'll try one more time. probably doesn't help that it's 20 degrees haha i might just bring the scooter inside
EDIT: Butter knife is working.. Will let you know when I'm done with the whole seal!
