I've got a 1982 Honda Urban Express that's been acting strange recently. The engine sounds stressed when I start it up, and it's been taking longer for it to accelerate than normal. When I take it up hills if it's been running for a while, the engine gets more and more stressed sounding until the bike turns off. I can start it up again later, but its happened three or so times now. I'm not sure if its not getting fuel or what.

Is it a dirty air filter or a dirty fuel filter?

Suggestions?
