Its been slowly happening and now its becoming more of a problem the front tire seems loose. When I hit the front break it leaks to the right like the right shock is bad.. I also seen what I thing should be a bearing but is all rusted. I'll post pics later. What do you think it could be?

It's probably a bearing. I would check them, and also check the nut on the steering stem (triple tree). Usually when that is loose, you get more front to back play and a knock when you apply the brake.Best to remove the front wheel and check out everything. You can check the resistance of the shocks individually also that way.

Remove the front plastic and there is a nut and lock nut at the top of the triple tree thats probably loose.

Holy Toledo!!! Last week I crashed mine right into a pickup truck at 35 MPH,and mine didn't even break!!!You sure you did'nt hit anything ? A giant pothole maybe? You need to replace that, and have the whole frame checked out.

I know its un-ridable now. The tire moves freely, handle bars do nothing........ I tightened the bolts as best as I could until I got a wrench to a wrench to securely do it. Went to test ride around the parking lot and it still felt unsafe so I went down to the stop sign to gain speed and the tire began to wobble like it started noticeably a few days ago but worse. I deemed the ride unsafe and retreated home to further inspect the problem but before I got home I would speed up and slam on the front brake hard because thats when the tire felt unsafest. did that a couple times and snap! The problem had began a couple months ago when I would feel a little lurk to one side when I would brake, then got worse and worse then unsafe. And do i've never made impact with anything. My friend hooped a curve with it awhile ago but I don't think that had anything to do with it. I've just never seen that part snap before. Now i'm gunna be scared my engine is gunna fall out while i'm riding.

Yikes ! That triple tree was either defective or someone hit something petty hard.

Wow, I'm just glad you didn't get hurt. Front end failures can be wicked!

I've NEVER seen THAT happen. But I'm surprised I haven't.
I'll never understand why SCOOTERS have the front fork downtubes ONLY from the BOTTOM triple-tree. It allows incredible twisting force on that part, and in your case, it broke. Motorcycles usually have the dowtubes run all the way from the wheel, to the TOP tree, having BOTH triple-trees to secure them. That makes sense. Using only the bottom tree for the forks seems like playing with fire to my old eye, but, failures are almost unheard of.
I'm betting your tree had a casting flaw in it. (I'm assuming the Chinese CAST the trees from iron, rather than FORGE them from steel) but I may be wrong. (I hope I am!). Cast iron is B-R-I-T-T-L-E and prone to crack.
Some of the big touring scooters are as heavy as the biggest cycles, and still use only the bottom tree for the fork tubes. Seems a little "under-engineered" to me...
