Did it seize ? One would think extra oil would be better but in fact it makes it leaner ( not enough gas ) . ALWAYS top off the oil tank when you get gas . Try unhooking the oil line to the carb and use the kickstart to see if any oil squirts out . I would think an Adley would have a decent oil pump . Now you can get a Mikuni oil pump ( made in Japan and of quality ) for around 50 dollars but may need a new throttle cable with two leads . If so www.partsforscooters.com part # 159-26 . My cable only has one lead so I needed to replace it with a cable that has two leads .

I had a Tomos Golden Bullet the oil pump went bad so I bypassed it and premixed 50 to 1 which is 3 oz per gallon . Note that engine does not hit RPMs like my scooter with a Minarelli also called JOG engine .

If it starts and runs you may be fine . Harbor Freight has a engine compression gauge set for 20 dollars which is a great thing to have to so you can test it now to have a reference point and again later should there be a problem like the rings getting worn out .

To be safe I would install a larger main jet as I like to run just a hair rich on my 2T .
