My belt snapped on me 2 miles from home, I have an Advance Auto store 1 mile from me. Other parts stores can get belts, could Advance get them? I can order from Walt or Monstergy6, but I need it asap.

I've bought thousands of bearings (the most expensive was$1,600 from ireland) anyway, I've seen a common bearing I can get for 3 to 5 bucks sell for 15 or 20.-and more Best to get belts and bearings, chain, sprockets etc from an industrial supplier Not a Retail store.Or get it from a member of this forum. There's plenty of smaller suppliers here that would appreciate the buisiness.

Just got to know where to go. But then I buy bearings, compressors, and other MRO stuff, for a living. It kills me putting chinese bearings back in these things, I just won't do it.

Agreed 100% I buy all kinds of supplies for industry. Japan makes quality bearings at half the cost of the big boys (timken,sealmaster...)I get from several sources. Sometimes though, you run into a specialty bearing, and you gotta pay. Funny though, That 1600 dollar bearing , I had to order it from england. GUESS WHAT---- MADE IN CHINA-shipped to england-then to belfast ireland- then to the states.I could'nt beleive it. A chinese company bought the machinery company that made it. A lot of the textile equipment has gone that way even german companies.

China and India are going to become the next Japan.

I have heard both good and bad on belts from Napa . Those may just be a belt like for a cars fan that just rotates instead of expanding like on a CVT . Advance and Autozone both had NGK plugs but would have to order the iridium for next day .
I have Bando belts on my scooters both from PFS
