How do you move the needle up or down on a 4 stroke carb

Remove the top plate from your carb, remove the spring, and pull the slide/diaphragm out by the middle with your finger. There may be a plate with a screw holding the needle down in the slide, or just a plastic piece that is held down by the spring. Note any washers or o-ring you may or may not find, so you put them back right. If it is adjustable, there will be a clip you can pull out at the top of the needle and several notches you use to make the adjustment.

Having trouble gettng my needle out from the diaphragm it looks like a plasic screw after u take spring out
