Might be you're not saving many cents, unless you really are so tight that pennies matter...
BP Premium has 10% higher performance, AND lasts 10% longer than most other gasoline out there. So aside from the power, you'd be saving 10% on your gas, and the gasoline is of much better quality than the other brands, which means seafoam should not even be in your vocabulary, unless you plan on leaving the scoot for months on end without riding it.
In other words, even if other gasoline would be sold for $3.29/gal, it's still more expensive than BP Premium sold for $3.67, though most of the time BP Premium gasoline is 10+% more expensive.

We have been seeing fuel for $2.75/GL in Columbia MO. Not bad for a change.

Have you upgraded the crank or bearings? Bearings will not last that long with the extra torque and RPMs.
