I saw this video on youtube a few weeks ago, and I couldn't make much of what the guy was saying because he had a heavy accent. From what I can make out he has some performance exhaust on it and it sounds much more powerful than my whining scooter, although I know it won't give me the power of a motorcycle, i still rather listen to that exhaust than mines =p
Also he was showing some of the aftermarket parts he put on that supposedly can add an extra 10mph or something. Legit? Cause If it's true I want those.

You can build your own exhaust glass packs cheap and easy from parts at Lowes or Home Depot, and have a shop weld it to your pipe cheap. It definitely will make your 50cc roar!
A larger diameter variator can give you more top end, with the appropriate weights, but I doubt it will give you +10mph.
There are two other factors limiting the top speed on late model Chinese scooters: 1- transmission gears, you can only rev your engine so high, so it takes different tooth counts to increase top end speed, at the cost of low end torque 2- piston size, as they say, there really is no replacement for displacement, once you get past the power band, a lower displacement engine will be drastically less able to increase speed

That is for a 4-Cycle scooter and you have a 2-Cycle scooter. You would need to look for 2-Cycle performance exhausts or expansion chambers for your scoot.
Those $500 Leo-Vince 4-Road Scooter Exhausts do tend to sound nice but they are very expensive. There would also be modifications to the carbeurator required to make it all work out without damaging the engine on your bike.
Think of your scooter as a candle in that it will burn out eventually however the candle that burns more brightly also burns out more quickly.

hmmmmm I guess nitrous on a scooter would be bad. I had it on my mustang. Car ran great though, years later.... But ya, it would wear out faster I guess

Accents are almost as much fun as scooters. England is so diverse from one county to the next.
But, I think most of the sound quality in that vid is just distortion from using his phone to record while inside the garage.
He has a couple other vids that better compare the difference between a 4-stroke and a 2-banger.

This is what Fawkes sounds like even though he's not a stoker any more just an 83cc, he still sounds the same..
