Just a scooter fool and his camera on a lovely fall morning.
I ride because I can. How about you?

That dash looks exactly like my Znen 150T-F What did you use to edit your video? Was it free, and easy? Or at least cheap?

Looks like it because it is. Lance Milan 150. One of about 20 names for the ZN150T-F
So where did you get your 1" header?
I've been using Windows Live Movie Maker. It's the dumbed down version that came out with Windows 7. It is free with Windows. It's relatively easy to use with a ribbon style toolbar. It has a bunch of auto format functions so you can just point it at a folder full of pictures for instance and it will slap together a whole slideshow for you. I've still got a lot to learn, but it's fine as long as you aren't trying to get too fancy.
IF you're trying to do some more intermediate level editing you can download and install the XP/Vista version (Movie Maker 6.0) that has a traditional time line and a second audio track that you can mess with. There are also a ton of plug-ins and add-ons available for that version.
Lately I've been attempting to use the YouTube music track function. It's not too hard to figure out. Prevents getting yelled at about copyright infringement. Can only use one song per video though. Can't really piece multiples.

I'll have to have another look at movie maker - I tried one short clip and the file size was ridiculous!

Looking at your pictures now I'm second guessing which way I installed my sliders. It's running pretty well now with the new fuel pump but I've just got no top end speed. Dang it, now I'm gonna have to take the lid off again.
The angled header pipe is my concern about trying to purchase a generic. Really needs to be horizontal for this body style. Would like to think that it would breathe better with a 1" pipe though instead of the restricted stock pipe.

The original exhaust had an outlet smaller than a dime. I know it is running stronger, but the head and displacement are probably the next restrictions to be handled.
I don't know if I could get enough heat to unbend the last bend myself, so the plan is to sometime take it off and ask my favorite exhaust shop if they could do it. It is a straight through short muffler, so it is nothing like quiet. However, with less band, I think a quieter muffler could be fit. Or take the muffler apart and add some packing.
Did you see my pics of fixing the case? The OEM exhaust broke loose and broke out the ear. Tried JB weld epoxy which lasted a week or so, then ended up welding new aluminum in and drilling and tapping the hole. One extra hole drilled in the swing arm to mount the new muffler. Our roads here are pretty rough, the pavement seams every 30 feet or whatever are hard on the 12" wheels. Much nicer on the 16" wheel scooter.

The muffler mounts certainly take a beating. especially with the relatively heavy OEM mufflers. I've played with JB Weld before and would have been surprised if it held under that abuse.
Pavement seams ain't got nothing! That gravel road I run every day has a mile of grape sized marbles to skitter across and then another mile that's so washboard beat to that it would make Roman cobblestones seem like a good deal. Those 12" wheels are none too impressed and the Chinese "shock absorbers" are quite overwhelmed. My trunk box is taking a serious beating and now I think the center rear rack bolt is stripped. Going to have to find a way to repair that. I've been beating the scoot like a red headed step child but it still keeps on kicking.
Every morning people along the way are looking at me like I'm an idiot, but hey, I really don't need 3rd row seating and 6000lb towing capacity to carry me and my lunch pail to work. All the haters are welcome to slam the door on their cages while I enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. We've got a few more weeks before the weather starts to close in. Going to make the most of it.

Gosh, it reminds me of the years I spent living on a mountain ridge in West Virginia.

My footer says it all - commuting is the best part of my day. I ride to and from work year round as long as it is not raining or snowing. Will break 10,000 wonderful miles this week. The only thing that would make it better is a landscape as lovely as yours!
