Hey guys, I just bought a 2 second hand Mini Chopper 49cc 2 stroke and was just looking for some general info. I have a retro styled GY6 so Im totally out of my element with this one. Are the engines in the mini choppers different than 2 strokes used in scooters. Does anyone know how to find parts for them or were serial numbers on the bikes are. Just any info you may have would be awesome. I havent got it running yet but I think it will be a fun toy when I am done.

It's hard to tell what you have in the pictures they are so tiny
Seriously snap some pics so we can see it and help you. I haven't personally seen any mini choppers with 2 stroke engines, though I imagine it's possible, I usually see 4 strokers...

[replyingto=chapman6098]chapman6098[/replyingto]The engines are not Scooter type. They most always the pull start ones that Pocket Bikes use. 43cc...47cc or 49cc. Look for pocket bike parts web sites..and willing to bet you find your engine on that web page.. If yours uses premix gas only...that is what ya got...the pocket bike engine..
