The vast majority of our scoots are pretty much the same. I havent heard any real improvements or innovations in...who knows??
The auto world is constantly changing and the vehicles improve all the time. Why have the scooters become stagnant? Do we encourage it by buying so many and not demanding these improvements? So we just allow them to continue to install sub par parts knowing that we'll fix it? Just because we can doesnt mean we want to! I feel that the high end scoots are over priced. Sure they have fuel injection and liquid cooling but is it worth 3 times the cost of the average scooter? That was an innovation. Why havent the Chinese or others given us these features? Why havent they listened to us and replace the fuel lines with better quality rubber? Better electrical connections? We would pay a few extra bucks for better parts and thats not including any innovative ideas.

Cars are getting so bad now, they can even park themselves some can drive themselves. My opinion is, the more "innovation" the less the driver skill necessary. I like to control my vehicles.I don't want to see bikes become like cars, with all the creature comforts. Then what would be the allure to riding? I think i want a horse

The next big innovation as far as scooters go will be in the power-plant, either long range fast charging batteries or fuel cells, but the era of the internal combustion engine is coming to an end.

howdy, i think the next innovations should be in the area of aerodynamics and that is tough to do on a cycle of any kind. with machines as light as these , even the larger ones should be able to do 100 mpg if we could solve that problem.
lotsa miles and smiles to ya ken

I think most innovations will be inherited from the auto and motorcycle industries as EFI and antilock brakes have. As far as visual styling, scoots will trend toward the appearance of adventure bikes naked bikes.

My air and fuel lines were all stamped and spring covered and even came with a gates belt, my ballistic seems to be pretty decent quality, at least compared to all the 50's i have had

Many companies are innovating every year in the scooter industry take a look at what the Italians and Honda are doing. The Chinese are using old tech mostly because they can sell it...
