Taking the plastic off was a no go the floorboard and middle step over piece were all one piece, couldn't get to the screws they were blocked by the frame, so i pulled the motor. Will report when its all done Attachments:

Valve adjustments will be interesting won't they?? Can you at least access the carb when it's in there??

Does the center stand stay on the frame? that's a plus if it does. makes putting it back in easier

yes center stand is on the frame not the motor

The Znen is like that. Only way to get floor off is to pull the front cowl and then the inner cowl. It's quicker just to drop the motor.

its running had a few issues, the ported head had different size exhaust studs so had to use the stock head, guess i'll change it when i have to adjust valves it seems lean with the 110 jet and 60mm kit and uni so i have more tuning to do. Hard part is over

upjetted to a 115 its pretty much tuned in few a/f adjustment and needle adjusting and it will be perfect, quite a bit more power even without the ported head

it still sounds lean with 115 and plug is white, so i'll go up to 120 in the morning, it will be all tuned in tomorrow
