The Znen is like that. Only way to get floor off is to pull the front cowl and then the inner cowl. It's quicker just to drop the motor. Dang I should have remembered that! The middle section was attached to the floorboards by something like twenty screws, and was impossible to lift out by itself ...and yep, ended up taking the nose off to get to it. (But I'm sure Millsc is going to come up with one tricked scoot.)

Maybe you could do as I do with them. Put it on the center stand with side stand extended...remove lower shock bolt..move shock back off block and out of the way...then grab the front brake slightly and push it forward until the engine drops and it is resting on the side stand. The engine drops about 10-12 inches and you have full access to the engine and the floorboard.. Just one bolt and lowering the engine vice removing the whole engine. Had to do that for the BBK...then later for valve adjustments. Takes about 2 minutes to do this and you don't need to unplug wiring..disconnect brakes and all the other stuff to get to the engine...everything else remains intact.

Runs great with the 120 but plug shows lean and it sounds slightly lean also, what size jets are some of you guys running with bbk's and open air filters, i have jets 125 130 and 135 but me being stubborn don't believe i should have to go higher than 120 with stock pipe 60mm kit and uni and yes the uni is well oiled

How do you like that pipe? do you find it superior to a high performance pipe? is it still fairly quiet? BTW, Mine is running great, I'm satisfied with it. I put the japanese carb in with an jet, seems OK.

Not sure if the pipe is better its my first 150 took it for a spin got over 70 on the speedo I'm sure its wrong but I was hauling faster than I ever did on a modded 50
