here is what i have done so far adjusted valves 3 new stock carbs, all new vaccume lines.new fuel filter spray carb cleaner all around carb and intake to see if motor picked up from intake leak, removed muffler to make sure it wasnt stopped up, new spark plug. removed air filter from back of carb but it still floods out (black smoke) at idle and shuts off. if you hold it bout 1/2 way open it runs fine let off it floods out. the compression is 155 psi. any help would be great. just a stock 50cc kymco gility

Have you checked the VACUUM line from the PETCOCK, it could be sucking in fuel from the Vacuum line coming off the PETCOCK, take the Vacuum line off and see if it is wet from fuel, if so the PETCOCK is bad. Another thing if the carbs where not new take the fuel screw out and see if it still has a point on it. Also check if it has the tiny washer and o-ring inside. Sometimes you have to bang the carb in your hands for them to come out or stick a thin piece of wire to get them out.
One other thing is if the carbs have a ACV valve on the throttle side of the carb, the diaphgram could be allowing extra fuel to be sucked out from there. Also check that the ENRICHER is shutting off the extra fuel. Alleyoop Alleyoop

Umm, first thing first. You need to give us more information on the basic things.
What idle/main jets are in the carbs? Why did you change the carbs in the first place? (2nd, 3rd) What was the affect of adjusting the air/fuel screw? History of the bike? Miles, how it was running before, what is new, what was bad (and why), checked coil connections, etc. How does it run now (off idle)?
Many things can affect the idle. It could be a simple bad connection for the enricher to larger problems, like burnt valves. If you give us more information, then the problem can be narrowed down.
Good Luck

no fuel in vaccume line and if you put vaccume on it valve seems to be working as normal. i have tried with enricher hooked up and not hooked up but didnt take it out cause i have tried 3 new 20mm carbs they come with 35 ij and 75 mj im thinking maybe intake or gasket but i would think that would be too much air not too much fuel and it is flooding can smell it and see black smoke from muffler just before it shuts off. i dont have either in stock to try rt now got some coming. i know they can cause it to act all kinda crazy. didnt check the other things Alley cause i cant see having 3 new carbs with same problem.

Alley you was dead on it is the fuel control valve you cant see any gas in the line but if i unhook the vac going to it and plug vac line at intake idles fine it must be so lil gas it does show up by just looking at vac line but when its running with vac line off you can feel very lil wet gas on finger after it idles for a few min. when you good u good and alley you know your stuff. i have seen them go bad and alot of gas come from vac line but that wasnt the case here. do you know if this kymco tank mount valve will be same as all others made in china.
