I've read several threads in which some of the suggestions offered included adjusting the valves but it seemed some of those were just guesses based on symptoms similar to those of a bad adjustment - sort of like how a flooded engine and one starving for fuel can act very much the same way...
So, my question is this...
What are the tell-tale symptoms of a scooter in need of a valve adjustment?

a always running good scooter starting to slow and a lose of power is what ive always heard when everything else is just fine. the good thing about valve adjustments is its super easy to check all u need is a set of feeler gauges, a wrench and some pliers (alligator clamps work great for this).

A noisy clatter while running and difficult starting, come to mind...

well my valves are set to .004 they still clatter

If I see one of the following problems , hard starting , wondering idle , poor power at any part of the power band , if I think the carb needs to be adjusted . I will start with a valve adjustment then check the spark plug .

You may also notice excessive oil build up in the purge tube when the valves get too far out of adjustment.

Can anyone please tell me if it's possible like to take valves from 80cc big bore kit to put on 50 moped both moped are 2014 50cc and 80cc tao tao moped gy6 engine or can you tell me what a 50cc valves gap on
