just take the nuts off the manifold and turn the carb upside down to change jets

its simple take the nuts off the manifold leave everything else hooked up may have to to unhook the carb drain hose at the bottom, turn the carb upside down take out the three screws and change jet

Manifold?
How do you not spill gas everywhere? It comes out of the drain, the petcock line, and the overflow tube thing... sorry I don't know the correct terms of things.
