Ok... Still not starting... I did notice when I just took the cvt cover off that the white spinning thing with teeth lol (the crank shaft) gets stuck after a certain amount, it like locks up.. :/ Does that mean I need a new one? or does it have something to due with the timing? How do I adjust the timing?

OK STILL NOT STARTING? what did you try?
What you are looking at is your VARIATOR FAN the white piece with fins on it. I think you should take a VIDEO of trying to start. Alleyoop

You should be able to TURN the VARIATOR BY HAND and as your turning it at some point you will feel some resistance not a lot just little harder when the piston comes up on the compression stroke and past that point then easy to turn it again. If you cannot turn it by hand and get it past the compression stroke then you did something wrong when you put the new cam in OR if something broke on the old one a piece or pieces of metal COULD of fallen down into the CRANKCASE and it is BINDING the CRANK. Ok, So, I readjusted the valves & still wont crank. So, How do I adjust the timing chain? After this last thing, if it still wont crank, I'm gonna have to break down & take it to someone who knows what their doing. I just don't have the money, looks like now I have no choice.

First lets get some questions answered, Can you turn the VARIATOR BY HAND a couple of times or does it BIND and will not go any further? We can put up pictures and Video on how to get it timed right if you messed the timing up. But if pieces broke off the rocker or cam and fell down into the crankcase the motor has to be completely taken apart and cleaned out and hope it did not mess up the crank and or bearings.
If it did you are better off getting a new motor. Alleyoop

No pieces fell in the crankcase. I double checked. I can turn the variator by hand now, I had to re-adjust the valves. It still wont crank. I notice the starter thingy (the piece that turns the variator) is loose & will sometimes get wedged & "locks" the variator up) I guess thats the next piece thats gonna be replaced. But, it should still be able to start if thats the only problem, right? A video & pix would be great!!!

That part that you say is binding the Variator is the BENDIX: You see the shaft on the end of it that fits in a slot inside the CVT cover to hold it in place nice and straight and horizontal. Here is a Video of how to test it all out but you have to have a third hand to hold the BENDIX straight so that it does not fall down and bind the Variator. Alleyoop

It does work, its just loose, I didn't know if it should be or not. But, If I can just get this to start would be awesome! I need to know how to fix the timing, & if that dont work I'm going to have to take it to the mechanic.

Ok here is how to time it correctly: 1. Align the CAM SPRCKET like this: 2. Then make sure the POINTER ON THE CASE is pointing to the "T" mark on the FLYWHEEL. NOW HERE IS THE WATCH FOR: If when you align the CAM SPROCKET like in the picture the TIMEING is OFF at the FLYWHEEL. Then follow this procedure: 1. Turn the FLYWHEEL to line the timing up: 2. Then if the CAM SPROCKET is not aligned and the two little holes on the CAM SPROCKET do not line up with the top of the head like in the PICTURE above. A. take the 4 bolts off and BACK OUT THE CHAIN TENSIONER take the Chain off the sprocket align it like in the picture MAKE SURE THE TIMING DID NOT MOVE ON YOU ON THE FLYWHEEL. Now put the Chain back tighten the 4 bolts and put the CHAIN TENSIONER BACK IN. Alleyoop

Thank you everyone for all of your help, Especially Scootnwinn & Alleyoop. I will try to adjust the timing myself when I get home from work, if I fail at adjusting the timing, it will be headed for a mechanic's shop first thing Monday morning. I will update later... Cross your fingers for me!
