No. If you were rich, your electrodes and ceramic would be black/brown and caked-on soot. Lean would have white-ish electrodes, showing that you are actually burning the metal.
You are currently a tad-bit lean.

You can't really go by color. If your idle jet is rich, and your main jet is correct, the plug will look black, eventhough you're having the right color. Mine for instance is grey. Black and white, because it runs lean @wot, and rich @ idle. Haven't had any problems with it though...

Color does tell you about the fuel mixture ratio. You have to do a proper "plug chop". You drive it in the throttle range of the jet you want to check, kill the motor and take a look. It works best with a handful of fresh spark plugs. www.dansmc.com/Spark_Plugs/Spark_Plugs_catalog.html

Some of these pics of rich/lean spark plugs can't be from a simple plug chop with a brand new plug. They need a chart for that specifically, IMO.
