Typo by the website prolly. Hate that place. If you look lower down. It says liquid cooled. D8

Look at the pictures at the bottom, it's water cooled. I also noticed the scoot DOES have the Znen logo (Maybe Roketa wanted a better manufacturer?)

Yah, with BMS it was the Road King or L-Roar, SSR the Titan, Redstreak had the Navigator. (I know it went by a couple of other names too.) All were made by Znen. In reality the ZN250 T-D with different importers names.
(and you're right, a very pretty curvaceous design, and not a "knockoff" of a Japanese model.)
