One of the brackets was off so i tried bending it...alot. Ended up with a hole on the header pipe where it was attached and its about 3 inches from the muffler. Sounds good though. Any danger having that hole in the pipe? Was thionking about patching it if its a problem.

It won't hurt anything and you can patch it with jb weld.

awww, that sucks. i would patch it. otherwise it is likely to rust faster in that spot creating a bigger hole in the future. i need to bend my pipe also. only about an inch though so hopefully i can do it without damaging anything.

JB Weld is good (sometimes)... LOL! Only problems I've had with it is that JB Weld IS sensitive to BOTH extreme-high heat, AND vibration... There are products available at auto-parts stores made just for such patches. One I used on my home-made system (to join aluminum tube to steel tube, as you can't weld them together) is called "INFERNO". I believe it's a ceramic clay material, made specifically to patch exhaust headers. It looks like JB Weld, but is good for 2,400-degrees. I wouldn't be surprised to find these head-pipes get to 1,000-degrees+...
Whatever patch you use (and you really don't want a hole too close to the exhaust-port) you can sand the patch down and paint it with high-temp paint to make it good as new.
After WAY more fooling with them than I EVER wanted to do, I've found the exhausts REALLY make a difference in the way these run.
Best of luck!

PS: Duh... I just remembered! For about the price of the patch material, you could almost surely have a local muffler-shop WELD up the hole! AND do the small bend you need! BINGO! LOL! Now THAT is a fix that will LAST.

Sometimes the bandage works however it usually is not pretty. Wrapping it with metal helps but then it will probably be cheaper to just have it welded. JB Weld isn't high temp enough for the pipe on a GY6. I tried it as a sealant and it just burned off in short time so I just got out the welder and did what should have been done from the beginning.

Looks better than that HUMONGOUS muffler! Looks great. Looks better than in your sig, sig shows more matte black. I like the mix of gloss and matte you have made it.. and the decals are awesome too. ZX-6? what does the 6 stand for ? is it a 150cc ?
