2008 Znen 150cc - the original exhaust broke and fell completely off. A few days of building up JB Weld epoxy to make anew upper ear on the motor for the swing arm. And installed a new 1" header and shorty muffler.
I upjetted - complete carb with a 110. Seems to run well with the 10gram sliders. I rode a couple miles today and realized I was hitting 9400RPM on flat ground. With the stock exhaust, 9000 was possible on a nice downhill.
I have one more jet - a 125 - and a set of 12g rollers to pop in as soon as I get a chance. I also have an open element air filter, but the work to get the original airbox out is more than I want to do.
I wonder if I have a drill bit to drill out the 102 or 105 to 115 or 120....

It isn't that the 110 is wrong yet. I am getting more RPM on the flat, so I need to be sure not to run lean. The 110 is upjet over the 105 original. The 1" exhaust is free flowing a ton more than the original 0.70" OEM exhaust that had an outlet opening smaller than a US dime! I need to order up a couple new spark plugs and do a chop.
Thanks for the drill jet sizes, Alleyoop.
