Dude you do not want to wait for the.bike to clear customs and the EPA inspection it could be a very long time. I would move on...

Update directly from Roketa: Yesterday, I wrote out a quick email to Roketa directly, inquiring regarding the import status of the 2013 MC-54b: " In mid-May, I ordered a Roketa MC-54b scooter from a dealer here in the US. It has been delayed repeatedly, and per a recent conversation, they are currently waiting on customs regarding the import of the new 2013 model year. Can you confirm that the 2013 MC54b has been EPA approved and is cleared for import into the US? If it will be several months, I will change my order to an alternate Roketa model that is currently in stock." I received this response this morning: " The 2013 MC-54-250cc has been EPA approved, and should arriving our warehouse less than 2 weeks. Tks!
Goldenvale/Roketa" This sounds promising to me. I've located several other online dealers who are also verifying the arrival of the 2013 MC-54b to be in mid-July. Maybe my scooter will get shipped this month after all! I'm not sure what model year was being shipped until this point (Can anyone verify?) but I'll be glad to have a newer-assembly which has spent less time decaying in a crate on a shelf. I'm hoping the new model will have better quality hoses than some of the old 2008 apparently had. Here's hoping: - New model will have fuel injection
- New model will have improved top case (no rattles)
- New model will have factory upgrade to Pirelli tires
- ...and what else would be nice?
;D

I Ordered my Zodiac 300cc Trike from Jim (Rapid Repair) on 11 Mar, and got it 4 April I've been talking with another member here who ordered his trike from a major on line seller (won't tell me the name) a month ago, and they can't give him a delivery date. Says it was on back order, available, not available. He paid by check to save the business the 3% Credit card fee, and now ain't got the money or the trike.
So, I count myself lucky.
Time to canx and move on

I just received an email this morning; My scooter is finally on its way! Shipped, with tracking number, by RDFS, Roadrunner Transportation Services. Anyone have any experience with them? Are they any good?
Shipped exactly two months from the day I placed my order.

Roadrunner is bad. I filed a complaint about them to Superior. They told me they were going to stop using them . OPen the crate up completely while they are there and inspect it completely. WHen mine showed up, RDFS had stuck a forklift through the side of the scooter. Still waiting (from Superior) my new front facia, and both sideskirts. They did it on both sides. Huge holes. I just talked to Jeff at Superior again today. Got a lil snippy this time. Claim was approved, 2 months ago almost. Just make sure to check while the truck is there. If there is damage during delivery, and you dont see it and report it to the deliverer while they are there, then it will not be covered. To properly file a claim with Superior, the delivery people must also submit their pics, and delivery receipt showing it was damaged. Hopefully yours will be fine. I am unlucky with things sometimes. If i dont get my new parts soon, i will just order them myself. I can get what needs repairs for $150. Just shouldnt have too. Will not go through Superior again. Super nice on the phone while they lie to you though. Gotta give them credit for that.

Well I got mine through Superior and things turned out pretty well. The driver carefully lowered the big crate.... Znen 250 with built-in trunk. (Is this your scooter AND the trailer? ;D) and rolled it to my front door (with no damage to crate or scoot) Hope you are just as lucky!

Best of luck. I had trouble with my old Znen 150 being damaged in shipping (twice, sent one back because of really bad damage). Have a camera with you when you open the crate and don't let the driver leave.

Sixty-four days to receive my scooter from Superior Power Sports...
