After trying for 2 weeks to reach Wildfire and order a set of mirrors for my scooter to no avail, I finally reached out to Dave over at Absolutely Scooters.
After contacting them via email to insure they had the parts needed I placed my order with them. Checkout said 7-10 days, no problem I wasn't in any big hurry.
I placed my order on Tuesday and yesterday afternoon they were here. Talk about FAST delivery and I choose the cheapest delivery method.
I think with them having such a central location here in the U.S they are able to make a quick turnaround if the parts are in stock.
So to Dave and his staff over there, thank you for your great customer service and fast delivery time. I will order from them again.

They're located only an hour from me, yet when I order from them it takes about a week too... Last time it took over five days to process my order and then it took one day of shipping. Personally, I'm fed up with shipping if that's how long it takes to process a simple order of a clutch spring Not to mention their nonexistent return policy...

I emailed Dave first. The website showed they had it but I always double check. I can't complain about the delivery time since I had expected a longer wait.

Thanks for the Kudos DJ.
And Lykos, I'm sorry if you had a bad experience with us. I don't show that you ordered brake calipers, but I see an order for a clutch spring and a couple items that took 6 days to get to you and that 6 days did span over a weekend.
Yes we have a no return policy, and the simple reason is we do not have the staff to handle it, as we are not a high volume outfit. Many people order online and order the wrong item or order something that does not fix the problem and want our parts bins to be their diagnostic tools or to see if something is the right fit. Hard to honestly sell something as new when it has been sold once already.
We strive to offer the highest customer service and thank you both for buying from us. ;D

[replyingto=abscooters]Abscooters[/replyingto]Thanks for the apologies and for applying the forum discount to my account - I was wondering about that...
Even if I have to wait a little while for shipping due to being under-staffed I still really have no choice but to order from you guys for a lot of parts because you're the closest place to my house. The parts are high quality, it just takes a little while for processing for me for some reason. Is it because I use a credit card?
I also confused that order with a different order I placed. You are correct, I ordered the incorrect clutch spring, not brake caliper.

[replyingto=lykos23]lykos23[/replyingto]NP, no credit cards and paypal process the same. I don't remember the details of the order, only what we have records of.
We go up by you almost every monday when we are closed. We stop in Kief's reef for lunch, and if we go by boat we usually go all the way up to Stratton dam and waive before going back south.
