I got my new scoot yesterday the front panel was cracked i called for a replacement, they had the nerve to say i had to pay 14 dollars to cover shipping it arrived broken what a crock  |

Greenearthscooteres use to be on ScoutDawg years ago. I thought maybe the just closed.
You are right millsc, forums do hold weight. But, you should not have even had to go there. You breaking it is one thing but arriving damaged is another. Ice Bear has always shipped parts free that were damaged in shipment.

I agree with Jim on Icebear
I had a little issue with the PDI, and Jim and Icebear made it right.
I will buy again from Jim/Icebear
(The girlfriend loves my Zodiac and "I Want One Too!!!" comes my way every day.)

I agree with Jim on Icebear I had a little issue with the PDI, and Jim and Icebear made it right. I will buy again from Jim/Icebear (The girlfriend loves my Zodiac and "I Want One Too!!!" comes my way every day.) Thanks Dave!! That is the nicepart of being a small independant dealer, customer service is Number one. Oh and by the way, I still have a Burgandy Zodiac on hold out of this next shipment due in at the end of the month, I bet your Girlfriend would love to have it HEHEHEHEHE! Jim |
