I ordered numbers 6 and 7. I thought 7 was just a factory restrictor but a guy on the FB scooters page said it was a necessary part. 7 fits over 6. I can't imagine how else it would go on there. If put on first as a spacer, that doesn't work; can't get plate/fan in far enough to fit on gear-like retainer before you put final nut on. What am I doing wrong? Does 7 go somewhere else? This shows the broken one, so I know it goes in. Please help if you got a sec. This is the difference between me riding or not, after a week and a half sidelined. Attachments:

To tell you the truth I have never seen #7 as part of a Variator for a 139QMB or actually any other scoot. I think #7 is the Sleeve to hold the BENDIX if you ask me. See if it fits over the BENDIX SHAFT and into the holder inside the CVT COVER.
#6 is your BOSS which is what the VARIATOR slides in and out on. Alleyoop Alleyoop

Here's the thing, though; I ordered the tiny sleeve/bushing that goes right over the tip of the starter clutch (same thing as bendix? or?) to hold that steady; remember because you and others thought that when I had put everything back together, that was the problem; bendix teeth grinding with variator or something. This thing, if put it on the case cover side will not fit; it will hit the variator plate. And I also don't think he will fit behind the starter clutch. I'll go check again.

Ok yes I see. Here's what I've learned; the big one in the pic posted (2nd post this thread) fits nowhere except for over the boss, It won't fit on either side of the starter clutch, and even though the tiny bushing I ordered fits on either steel shaft end of the start clutch, neither will then go into their sockets. So now, I've got two parts that I cannot place, but I know that larger one came from something inside the scooter. Can you think of anyplace else #7 can go?

Is there any chance it's part of the clutch that broke off? ANd would that make a ringing/grinding sound if missing (like the needle bushing or 34) Attachments:

UPDATE: I just went ahead and slammed everything back together and it's running. My problem is I KNOW number 7 came out of that scooter, broken, and I'm pretty sure that not having a new one in there is gonna cost me. This makes me nervous is SHNAT!(And I know it wasn't one of those speed regulator's cuz I checked for that 10x, having a 49cc, as you would expect).

Mine broke too, messing with my kick starter while changing variator weights. Anyone know what it is, where it goes and where i can get one?
