Anyone know how to adjust the drive chain on a 2011 IceBear Eagle Trike, 150cc? I can find the specs but not how to adjust the chain. Just had it professionally serviced and now it makes a clunking sounds when it first starts out, sounds like the chain may be slipping or  Attachments:

Alley musta took teh day off
I got a 300cc Trike, but I believe my setup is different
I've got 8 master bolts that have to be loosened
And then 4 eye bolts that need to be qdjusted in unison.
The chain should have about 1/4 in of play on the bottom

Davec,
When you get a chance take a picture of the entire Axle I save the pictures of the different axles on the trikes to help the folks when they have a problem. I know how they all work but I have to see them and see what they have or do not have on them.

many times is chain is dry or rusty the links will bind and make noises you say make sure it is very flexible and well lubed and cleaned before that. I have three 300cc Zodiacs I keep the chain about 3/8 movement at bottom of chain. # 1 has 10,000 miles wife's mines has 8,000 miles the parade trike I use for VFW has 2,500 miles.
