I was going to attempt to change the gear oil in my PST150-11 that has a gy6150 engine on it. And I cannot for the life of me find the fill hole on the case. I have googled , you tubed, researched etc. cannot find it. There are no distinguishable washers on any bolt above and to the right of the drain plug. I read that in some cases you can use the vent hose that comes out of the top of the case, but how do you know if you have enough oil in there? I also read that it takes 6oz, but then I read 3 oz. so I am totally confused. Any help would be appreciated !!

Well, that did not tell me anything. There is no screw to take off to fill the oil. My drain plug is on the bottom outside case. I just used the vent hose on top of the case, crossed my fingers and squirted 6 oz. in it.

Look in our 50cc - 150cc help files, there is a tutorial on doing the change.
